The history of Holiday tree

The history of Holiday tree comes from Germany. In the 16th century devout Germans brought into their houses the decked trees. Somebody was built wooden pyramids and then decorated them with candles and evergreens. Candles was added to a Christmas tree by Martin Luther in the 16th century too. Inspiration for candles appears in the time of walk. Mentioned protestant reformer one winter evening saw light of stars twinkling amidst evergreens.

Small group of people know that the most 19th century residents of America treated holiday trees as crankiness. But, in the 1840s holiday trees were seen as symbols of pagan and they weren’t approved by majority of Americans.

Initially carols were pagan songs those were played at the Winter Solstice celebrations when people danced around circles of stone. Early Christians inspired pagan songs and gave songs for Christian. In 129 the song „Angel’s Hymn” was known and sung during Christmas celebrations in Italy. Another Christmas song was written in 760 for the Greek Orthodox Church. Then more and more composers all over the Europe try to creating Christmas songs. But the most of Christmas songs was sung in Latin and that’s why a lots of Christians were not intrested in those things.
